• Name, email and any photos you choose to upload when you submit a customer review.
• Your access code and the photos/videos delivered to you, if you are a photography client using the Client Area.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your booked session, and — for customer reviews — to display your feedback publicly once approved. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Storage & Retention

Booking, contact and review data is stored on our server for as long as needed to fulfil our contract with you or respond to your enquiry. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking technologies. Only essential session data required for the Admin Dashboard and Client Area login is stored.
