1. Bookings & Packages

We offer three wedding packages — Standard (1600€), Medium (1900€) and Premium (2400€) — each including an outdoor shooting with 20 edited photos plus all original images, and unlimited photo coverage alongside a full event video recording. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on the package and event details with you.

2. Travel Costs

Travel is calculated from our base location in Ulm: 75€ from 100 km, 150€ from 200 km, and individually quoted from 300 km, based on the distance to the event location.

3. On the Day

Punctuality and the time you give us directly affect the quality of what we can deliver. We ask that you respect the rules of any photo location (e.g. flash restrictions or photography permits) and prepare the shooting location in advance where applicable. Our drone is brought along free of charge for relevant moments such as the bridal pick-up, and is only used where local regulations allow it.

4. Editing & Delivery

After your event, we typically need 4 to 6 weeks to finish editing your photos and videos and to send you the final files on a USB stick. Once final editing is complete, we are unfortunately no longer able to accept further change requests, as this requires significant additional work — please share any editing or music preferences with us on the day of the shoot.

5. Social Media & Image Usage

We occasionally share a few impressions from your event on Instagram while your final delivery is in progress, and you are welcome to share these too. If you would prefer that nothing from your event is published, we will respect that — just let us know.

6. Copyright

All photos and videos produced by MR Productions remain our property and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for the delivered copies licensed to you for personal use.
